1. Create a personal/expert profile

After successfully registering an account, to be able to participate in the bidding you need to follow the step "Create a profile", steps to create a profile you can follow the link: https://dauthau.net/en/dn/content/ or perform the steps in the following order:

• Step 1: Access the menuMember -> Select Personal/expert profile management-> SelectCreate new profile

In DauThau.Net You are allowed to create different types of records for management including: Domestic enterprises; Foreign enterprises; Individual business households; Team/Group; Individual/expert; For each type of registration dossier, there will be separate forms requiring information declaration. To create dossiers for individual businesses/business households or teams/groups, we will have a separate tutorial article (Here). 

• Step 2: SelectType of profile-> Individual/expert

• Step 3: After selecting the profile type Individual/Experts On the screen, relevant information will appear that you need to declare as shown below. After declaring the necessary information, you just need to proceed Add New to create a new profile for yourself.

*** Note: The declaration boxes are marked(*) is required, currently the system's personal tax code declaration box is not required. However, we recommend that you register your personal tax code with the tax authority when performing related work of a specialist nature.

When the profile is successfully created, the computer screen will appear with information as shown below.

• Status: You need to authenticate your profile according to the instructions below

• Deadline: Fees have not been paid. Regarding the maintenance fee schedule, please see our regulations here:Price list

2. Instructions for editing personal/expert profiles

In case you need to edit profile information, press the button Edit in the management section Function file.

3. Authentication against individual/expert profile

• Step 1: Click on the line Authenticated Not Yet at cell status of the profile, then the system will open a declaration form for you to upload the necessary documents, for individuals who are experts you need to provide.

Note:

- As personal identification documents, you need to provide one of the following documents: Citizen identification card; ID card; Passport; Driving license.

- Provide professional qualifications related to the field in which you participate in activities such as: Practicing certificate; Diploma; Training certification; Professional degree...
 

• Step 2: After you pressSubmit authentication documentsIf successful, the system will authenticate your profile. When successfully authenticated, the system will send an email notification to the email you used to register your account.
   

  

• Step 3: Check now Status profile to know whether the profile has been authenticated or not.

In case the photos you upload to the system are corrupted or due to the photo source causing the system to not be able to see detailed information clearly, it will require re-authentication, at which time you need to re-upload the photos clearly. Information related to authentication documents is uploaded to the system for us to re-authenticate.

***Note: An individual account is only allowed to create 01 profile for the Individual/Expert type.
