What is the function of tracking bidding notices?

The Bidding Notice tracking function is one of the new functions recently launched in the Open Beta 2 version to help users quickly and promptly grasp changes in the Bidding Notice. The bidding notification tracking function will monitor the bidding packages that you have registered on behalf of the user. When there are any changes, this function will immediately send a notification email to the user. Users will also receive notification via email of bidding results when results are posted to the system.

Instructions for monitoring bidding notices

To monitor bidding notices on DauThau.Net, users need to follow the following instructions:

Step 2: After selecting Tender notice The computer screen will appear as shown below.

• Step 3: Select any Bid Invitation Notice that the contractor wants to monitor -> Select Monitor.

• Step 4: After selecting Follow the screen appears as shown below. If you want to receive mail, check the box Mailing (All changes to the TBMT that the person has just followed will be notified via email) Similarly, if you want to submit the Bid, please check the box. Applications are allowed -> Select Monitor.

In case the user has not purchased the VIP service package for the bidding documents of the company or business that the contractor wants to monitor, the screen will display a popup asking the user to register for the VIP service package -> Select You can refer to and purchase the VIP package here.

In case you have purchased the VIP package for your business profile and want to track TBMT and invitation to bid, just click Follow. The screen will appear with a popup notification that TBMT has been successfully tracked -> Select. Tracking management to see the bidding packages being monitored.

*** Note: Each VIP package only allows users to follow 5 bidding notices in a business profile, so when the number of followers runs out, users can buy more followers. Access to Bidding -> Follow TBMT-> Choose to buy more followers.
