Step 2: Immediately after selecting the bidding package that needs to be opened, if the bidding package has reached the bid opening time, we will receive a notification (see Picture 2).

On the bid opening management page, we have 4 functional buttons including:
1 - Enter bid opening results: This function is only used for offline bidding, for bidding packages that choose online bidding, this function will be locked
2 - Bid opening: Click here to open the bid. Note, only at the time of bid opening can the bid opening be conducted for the bidding package.
3 - Extension of notice of invitation to bid: At the time of bid opening, if there are no bidders participating, the Procuring Entity can proceed to extend the bid package right here. In case the bid package has not yet reached the bid opening time, the bid solicitor can also extend the bid opening time here if the extension is 3 days before the bid closing time (default is 3 days).

4 - Cancellation of bidding package: At the time of bid opening, if there is no bidder attending, the Procuring Entity can cancel this bidding package. When canceling the bidding package, it can allow re-posting of a new bidding notice on the basis of The bidding notice department has issued and edited the information accordingly.

Step 4: After clicking on Open bid for online bidding, the system will automatically open bids for contractors who have submitted bids.
*** Note: For offline bidding packages, the bidding party needs to enter participating contractors before opening bids (See Picture 6)

In case we need to clarify the bid documents of the submitted contractors, we take the next steps:
Step 5: Clarification profile participate in bidding
After clicking Open Bid, on the list of contractors page, if you want to clarify which contractor's bid, click the Clarification profile participate in bidding button, see the image below for details:

After pressing the Clarify bid documents button, the system will display a form requesting clarification of bid documents. We need to enter the following requirements:
Request name
Content needs clarification
Attached files (if any)
After checking "I am not a robot", press the "Send request for clarification" button, see Picture 9 below for details:
