Check maintenance fee payment information
After creating a business profile and authenticating it (Follow: Instructions for creating a business profile and Instructions for authenticating documents), you can start inviting bids on the DauThau Private Bidding Network. .Net we need to perform the step "Pay the fee for maintaining documents on the private bidding network", the steps are as follows:- Step 1: Menu Member > Click on Manage profile /expert
- Step 2: Then in the Registration and expiration dates, a page will appear to manage information about whether to pay the maintenance fee or not. If not yet, select Fee unpaid. (In case the customer has paid the fee, the Registration and expiration dates will display "Fee paid"), see Picture 1 for details.
Pay the fee to maintain documents on the bidding network
After following the instructions for checking maintenance fees, we continue to declare information according to the following steps:
- Step 1: At the information panel, fill in the declaration information > Click I'm not a robot > Promotion Code (if any) > Send information (see Picture 2)
*** Note: Declared information includes:
- Number of years to renew: Declare the number of years you want to pay the fee, the fee schedule for maintaining DauThau.Net's application status is specified here
- Request to issue invoice: When selecting this item, the system will request to declare the Company/Organization Name and Address so that we can issue a VAT invoice to the customer.
- Contact information: The information here is automatically extracted by the system from the business's declaration.
- Step 2: After clicking Send information, the system displays the payment page > Select Payment (see Picture 3) > popup screen appears, click OK (see Picture 4).
- Step 3: Once we have paid the maintenance fee, we check the status of the application again. If the fee payment has been completed and confirmed by the administrator, the Registration and expiration dates will display "Fee paid", in case it has been paid. The payment was successful but the administrator has not yet authenticated, please contact us again.
