Janakuasa Vietnam is a prominent company operating in both domestic and international markets. Our daily operations heavily rely on emails, scanners, and internet systems, which is why we are seeking a trustworthy and professional information technology service provider to support our office at 44B Ly Thuong Kiet, Tran Hung Dao Ward, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi. We invite you to submit a quotation that aligns with our expectations. Our Hanoi office has approximately 15 employees, most of whom utilize laptops, with a few desktop computers in use. In addition, we have essential equipment, including photocopiers, fax machines, telephones, and an internet system. It is also critical that we receive timely updates for our software.

Scope of work:
- Conduct an on-site system check every three months, including software and hardware inspection and troubleshooting. 
- Perform hardware cleaning once every three months. 
- IT staff will come to the company within 60 to 90 minutes to resolve issues upon notification. 
- Support hours are from 8:15 AM to 5:00 PM on working days, with no limit on support instances (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays). 
- Troubleshooting will be provided immediately via remote software or phone. 
- Equipment will be lent while waiting for warranty repairs or replacements. 
- Provide training on office software (e.g., Mail, Outlook). 
- Maintain the internet system for workstations and any connected devices. 
- Oversee maintenance of telephone switchboards, surveillance camera systems, routers, printers, and copiers. 
- Lend equivalent equipment when any our appliances are inactive to ensure uninterrupted system operation. 
- Take responsibility for the entire internal internet network system and communicate network problems to service providers (e.g., VNPT, FPT).
