Calibration and sealing service for the Ambient Conditions Measuring System of Duyen Hai 2 Thermal Power Plant for period from 2026 to 2028

We kindly invite your company (“Contractor”) to submit a competitive offer for Package “Calibration and sealing service for Ambient Conditions Measuring System of Duyen Hai 2 Thermal Power Plant for period from 2026 to 2028” at Mu U hamlets, Duyen Hai ward, Vinh Long province. Details are as follows:  Scope of work

a) Annual Calibration

- Back-up Temperature transmitters in warehouse (Type: TS500, Manufacturer: Siemens): 10 sets;

- Temperature transmitters in operation (Type: TS500, Manufacturer: Siemens): 12 

sets;

- Back-up Digital Recorders in warehouse (Type: GX20-2E, Manufacturer: 

Yokogawa): 2 sets;

- Digital Recorders in operation (Type: GX20-2E, Manufacturer: Yokogawa): 2 sets.

(Note: The actual quantities and cost will be calculated after verification)  b) Annual Sealing location

- Measuring sensors and covers for cooling water temperature: 16 locations;

- Terminal box for the cooling water temperature sensors: 4 locations;

- Measuring sensors and covers for ambient air temperature: 8 locations;

- Terminal box for the ambient air temperature sensors: 2 locations;

- Digital Recorder GX20 Model: 2 locations.

c) Workplace: Workplace for Calibration and Sealing shall be carried out on Site, Duyen Hai 2 TPP, Mu U hamlets, Duyen Hai ward, Vinh Long province;

d) Submit test report and certificate of verification: Calibration certificates shall be submitted within 07 working days after completion date of inspection  For more details and other requirements, please see attached Request for Quotaion No.0240/JVL-RFQ dated 11th November 2025
